Turbo Metal Builders Bog 500ml is a versatile, heavy-duty repair filler designed for metal, fiberglass, wood, stone, concrete, and aluminum. Engineered for superior strength and durability, it resists stress, prevents shrinkage, and offers excellent flexibility for long-lasting repairs. Infused with aluminum for metal-to-metal bonding and glass fibers for added reinforcement, it seamlessly bridges gaps, cracks, and holes.

This water-resistant, rust-inhibiting formula ensures a solid, paintable finish, making it ideal for both structural and cosmetic fixes. Once cured, it can be sanded, drilled, filed, machined, or shaped to match any surface.

How to Use

Mixing: Combine the two components (polyester-based paste and hardener) according to the instructions on the product. Adjust the ratio of putty to hardener to control the curing speed. More hardener or higher ambient temperature will accelerate the setting time.
Application: Apply the mixture to the damaged area. The product is designed to bridge gaps and holes, eliminating the need for welding in patches.
Curing: Allow the product to cure. It will first gel to a cheese-like consistency, during which it can be cut or shaped. Full curing takes approximately 30-60 minutes.
Finishing: Once fully cured, the material can be sanded, filed, or machined to achieve the desired shape and finish. It can be painted within an hour.
