Home & Outdoor Living

When this finally arrived (a fortnight after order), the backpack harness / shoulder straps supplied are not compatible with this unit, so I can't use it on my back, which was the whole point. When you look at it side-by-side with the manual, the clips are in the wrong places. It's like it's been stitched by Stevie Wonder. The hooks are transposed in the wrong locations, so it cannot be attached. The harness itself is also of a very low quality and much cheaper than the one in the manual, in terms of the padding and stitching. I spoke to a friend who ordered one a year ago and he had the same issue. I've tried to call Pestrol twice but the phone just rings out.

great product does the job perfectly.

It didn't produce the desired result. I had to refill the drain 3 times and there are still drain flies present :(
