    Hey Dte,
    Total Bug & Insect Systemic Concentrate uses the active ingredient Imidacloprid, which is a systemic insecticide designed for use on plants to target sap sucking insects such as Aphids, this would not have any effect on Fleas, as they wouldn't eat the plant fibre and ingest the active ingredient.

      I think a very positive response from a hibiscus plagued by what seems to be a mealy bug variant. Being systemic time will tell but will repeat spray soon to build the plants absorption.

      Delivery etc great.
      Doesnt seem to fully shift Scale insects from stems of lilly pilly. Seems to work well on leaves tho.
