    Is this chemical registered for use to treat wild european honey bees in wall cavities within Australia by a licensed pest controller? David Valentine asked on 5 May 2024

    Hey David,
    Coopex Insecticidal Dust 10kg is registered for use of Bee Nests in wall cavities for feral honey bees, which would need 125 - 250 g per nest depending on the size of nest and number of entrance holes.

    Treat at night whenever possible to reduce the risk of being stung. Operators should wear clothing protective against the insects.

    Can I mix this powder with water to spray my house Garry asked on 19 November 2023

    Hey Garry,
    Coopex Insecticidal Dust 10kg uses a hydrophobic carrier, which means it will actually repel water and moisture to remain active for a longer period of time. You will not be able mix the dust with water to create a spray, it needs to be applied dry with a Powder Duster.

      Coopex works well for us, we are on a farm and have lots of spiders, millipede’s etc, spraying around the house means that they don’t get inside.
