It would not be safe for a cat to eat grass treated with Inside & Outside Cockroach Killer by Superway, even after it has dried. This product contains alpha-cypermethrin, which is toxic to cats. While the insecticide is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it poses risks to pets if ingested

Inside & Outside Cockroach Killer by Superway should be safe to use when you have pets around, however from the user guide there are a few precautions you should take before treating the area. I've copied those down below for you;
CAUTION DO NOT spray directly on humans, pets, exposed food, food preparation areas or food utensils. If using inside the home evacuate areas to be treated. These areas can be re-occupied once spraying is completed.
Before use
Remove or cover all exposed foodstuffs; cover all dishes and utensils and places where food is prepared or stored.
Cover or remove bird cages or fish tanks during spraying.
After use
Thoroughly ventilate treated area. Clean up thoroughly before processing/serving resumes.
DO NOT allow chemical containers or spray to get into drains, sewers, streams or ponds.

I used this product a few years ago an it seemed to wipe out a cockroach population over a few days. This time it’s taking its time. May even need to respray. I guess time will tell. But it is a lot better an a lot safer to use than all the other products on the market.
