One unit did not work at all (this can happen so no big deal). However when I contacted your customer non-service they insisted I made a video of both units being plugged & unplugged as proof. An inconvenience for me but many of Graham Ross’s Garden Clinic listeners are elderly & could not do this. It was an absurd request for such a small warranty claim considering you are an online seller.
I’ve had one now for around 13 years and still goes great. Adding another two now of the latest design just for a looks point of view. We have 7 bedrooms across 2 levels and this works a treat.
