Arrived promptly simple set up and I no longer hear scurrying in my roof area it has been just over a month since install in April.

One unit did not work at all (this can happen so no big deal). However when I contacted your customer non-service they insisted I made a video of both units being plugged & unplugged as proof. An inconvenience for me but many of Graham Ross’s Garden Clinic listeners are elderly & could not do this. It was an absurd request for such a small warranty claim considering you are an online seller.
