    Hi Henryk, as the roof area is more of an open area you maybe better to use a combination of units, such as the Pestrol 360 Rodent Repeller: https://www.pestrol.com.au/buy-online/pestrol-360-rodent-repeller/ The Pestrol Rodent Free Max will also greatly assist, however, if there is many beams and locations without electrical wiring, you may need the extra strength of the product mentioned above.

    Why can I hear sound coming out of the unit when: I first turn it on (activating the blue button, not just switching on the power point it’s plugged into) I turn it OFF pet mode Intermittently during operation.       Had one of the older style Rodent thingies that lasted me over 10 years, they have the new model so thought it was a good time to upgrade, a lot slimmer, looks better and they say it is stronger, so all good on the rodent front for now.
