Our Mosquito Control Trap is designed for the long-term control of mosquitoes in our backyards by trapping mosquito larvae. Proven highly effective at eliminating mosquitoes.
This trap has been scientifically proven to be 99% effective in reducing mosquito populations. The Mozzie Trap works with nature to help reduce the exponential growth of mosquitoes by mimicking their natural breeding areas and trapping the young, emerging mosquitoes. The attractant tablets put off a sweet odor that the mosquito interprets as micronutrients for her young. They swim down to the lower section and lay eggs in the section above the openings.
The design of this trap encourages mosquitoes to lay eggs on the water and the semi-clear bucket attracts larvae to the sides and away from the trap opening. The trap opening at the bottom of the funnel encourages mosquitoes to enter but discourages exits. When the larvae need oxygen, they swim to the top of the trap and either can’t find their way out and drown or find their way through and can’t find their way back. The ones that make it out and grow into adult mosquitoes will die in about three days as they have no source of sugar. Since the traps are not mechanical devices and use no insecticides or poisons, they do not harm beneficial insects like honey bees and butterflies.

Definitely reducing mosquitoes!! Looking forward to seeing the results after a bit longer, I can see the mosquito larvae in the traps. Love that I’m not harming moths and that I haven’t sprayed a chemical that could harm other insects. I’ve put them in large pots around the house so they are under cover and my cat isn’t going to drink the water easily (even though the water is safe for animals apparently) I think this is a great option

This really works. I have a garden apartment. I placed three outside. Two under plants along the fence/wall, one in my courtyard behind the cabinets where it’s dark and one in my bathroom where they come in from the vent. I noticed within three weeks a significant reduction in mosquitoes and now, after almost two months, I rarely see one anymore. I probably don’t need all four but they came in a pack so I put them all out. This is such a clever concept and safe to have around my pet bunny and dog.
Excellent. Within a few weeks I could see a lot of mosquito larvae in the device and the mosquito population was significantly less. Just need to keep an eye on these when it rains so that they don’t fill over the recommended level.
These have been a life saver! Pure magic. After years of being tormented like crazy by mosquitoes, we tried these and a month later we may see one rogue on rare occasions. Truly the bees knees. Thank you so much!!!
Love these – they work really well to control mosquitos, without harming anything else.
So far there seems to be a significant reduction in mosquitoes in our backyard. We have been able to use our backyard without needing spray and only occasionally getting bitten. Hopefully this remains the case. I recommend this product
So far so good, has definitely made an improvement. Hopefully over a little more time I’ll notice more.
This is the BOMB! We had the worst mosquito infestation – it ruined being outside in our garden or on my balcony at any time of the day – morning day or night. We put out these traps. Don’t believe it when it says it will take weeks to work in the description. It took about 3 days. So HAPPY right now. Thank you for this wonderful product.
Easy to set up probably to soon to tell if it is working yet though.
I believe there has been a reduction in numbers, though it could be the cooler weather, been in operation for about a month…will know more in time. Seems to be working ?
