    For Billbug Larvae:
    The best application window is at the peak of adult bug activity or when small larvae (about 4mm) are found in the thatch or surface soil. This typically falls between late spring and early summer.

    The little mounds of dirt on your lawn are unlikely to be caused by grubs directly. Grubs, such as those from the African Black Beetle or Armyworm, typically cause damage by eating grass roots, leading to brown patches rather than creating mounds of dirt
