    Surefire Spectrum 200SC Insecticide & Termiticide contains 200g/L Imidacloprid and offers systemic insect control with a broad range of uses. It targets sucking insects while being gentle on beneficial insects like ladybirds, hoverflies, spiders, and predatory mites. This product delivers effective protection for crops, ornamentals, turf, and subterranean termites, making it a versatile choice for pest management.

    How to Use

    1. Always read and follow the Surefire Spectrum 200sc Insecticide & Termicide label instructions before use.

    RATES:

    For Turf, Ornamentals, Shrubs, Trees, Crops & Veggies:

    • Roses: Mix 3.5mL in 2L of water per plant (or 25mL per 100L of water).

    • Potted Ornamentals: Mix 3.5mL in 5L of water.

    • Ornamental Plants (in ground): Use 25mL to 50mL per 100L of water.

    • Turf: Mix 25mL per 100L of water (2.5L per hectare).

    What is your best product/s to use for killing chilli thrip ? How often should you apply the product on to the foliage ? After spaying the foliage for chilli thrip , how long after that can you spray the foliage with plain water ? Ron asked on 1 March 2025

    For controlling chilli thrips, I recommend using Surefire Spectrum 200SC Insecticide. Apply it every 7–10 days for effective management, ensuring thorough coverage of the foliage, including the undersides of leaves. After spraying, you can rinse the foliage with plain water after 24–48 hours to avoid washing off the active ingredients too soon.

    Q: How often should you apply the product on the foliage?

    A: For best results, apply the product to the foliage every 7–14 days, depending on the severity of the infestation. Be sure to follow the instructions on the product label for the correct dosage and frequency.

    Q: After spraying the foliage for chilli thrip, how long after that can you spray the foliage with plain water?
