    How to Use

    Normal Use

    1. Mix the Solution: Add 1 part Mould Magic to 2 parts water (preferably hot water) in a clean plastic bucket.

    2. Apply the Solution: Brush the solution over the area to be cleaned.

    3. Scrub Thoroughly: Use a brush to scrub the area thoroughly.

    4. Leave to Sit: Allow the solution to sit on the surface for 5-10 minutes.

    5. Rinse: Rinse the area with water. If necessary, repeat the process.

    Heavy Soiling

    1. Apply Neat: Spray Mould Magic directly onto the heavily soiled surface without dilution.

    2. Scrub Thoroughly: Scrub the area thoroughly with a brush.

    3. Leave to Sit: Allow the solution to sit on the surface for 5-10 minutes.

    4. Rinse: Rinse the area with water. If necessary, repeat the process.

    Residual Protection

    1. Mix for Protection: Mix 1 part Mould Magic with 1 part water in a pressurized garden pump sprayer.

    2. Apply to Clean Surface: Spray the mixture onto the clean surface.

    3. Do Not Rinse: Do not rinse the surface after application. Allow Mould Magic to soak in and dry, providing protection against mould regrowth.

    What are the directions for use of Mould Magic? Peter Andrews asked on 1 April 2024

    Hey Peter,

    The directions on the label for Pestrol Mould Magic are;

    For Normal Use:
    1. Add 1 Part Mould Magic to 2 Parts water (hot water preferable) in a clean plastic bucket, brush solution over area to be cleaned.
    2. Scrub Thoroughly.
    3. Leave for 5-10 Minutes.
    4. Rinse with water. Repeat steps if necessary.

    Heavy Soiling:
    1. Spray Mould Magic Neat onto the surface.
    2. Scrub thoroughly
    3. Leave to sit for 5 - 10 minutes
    4. Rinse with water. Repeat steps if necessary.

    For residual protection from mould regrowth. Once the surface is clean, mix 1 part Mould Magic to 1 part water in a pressurised garden pump sprayer and apply to the clean surface. DO NOT RINSE THE SURFACE ONCE APPLIED. Leave Mould Magic to soak in and dry. Providing proetction from further mould growth.

    Note: For best results, use high pressure hose and spray and leave Mould Magic.

    Would the moss and mould remover work? I have a ridiculous amount of mould on my concrete veranda. Green to black in colour. The concrete is rough/unsealed. In the NT, so a tropical environment. Thanks. Julieanne asked on 3 February 2024

    Yes, I would say it would, Pestrol Mould Magic Moss & Mould Remover is an outdoor cleaner which will tackle a large variety of different mould and moss types. For porous surfaces, you might find you'll have to do multiple applications, as porous surfaces could soak some of the solution in.

    Pestrol Mould Magic Moss & Mould Remover is for outdoor treatment of Moss and mould and definitely do not treat your clothes with it.

    Personally, for my bathroom, I use 30 Seconds Mould Off

    Hey Adam,
    It's not recommended to use Pestrol Mould Magic around pools. On porous tiles and surfaces it's fine, but you want to be cautious around using near water that you will be coming into contact with.

      This mould remover has been excellent, the ones from the hardware store are ok but definitely not as effective and don’t last as long. Really Happy with this product, got the house ship shape before Christmas and the in-laws could complain about anything. LOL. I got one of the electric 16L green backpack sprayer from Pestrol as well.
