How long is Mancozeb Plus viable for once it has been made up into a mixture? Thanks, Mike. Michael Anderson asked on 5 April 2025

Hey Michael,
Once mixed, Mancozeb Plus Fungicide & Miticide Concentrate should generally be used within 24-48 hours. This is a common guideline for similar fungicides to ensure effectiveness and prevent degradation of the active ingredients. It is recommended to mix only the amount needed for immediate use and dispose of any leftover solution appropriately.

Why can’t I use Mancozeb Plus for cucumbers Margaret asked on 1 March 2025

Mancozeb Plus Fungicide & Miticide Concentrate is generally not recommended for cucumbers because it may cause phytotoxicity (plant damage) when applied to certain crops, including cucumbers. Some plant varieties may be sensitive to the active ingredients in Mancozeb Plus, so it's important to follow the label instructions and avoid using it on sensitive plants. Always read the label to ensure safety and correct application.

IS MANCOZEB ACTIVE AGAINST BOX BLIGHT? JOHN asked on 15 February 2025

Hey John,
There is no specific mention in the available information about Mancozeb Plus Fungicide & Miticide Concentrate being active against Box Blight. Mancozeb Plus formulations are generally effective against a broad range of fungal diseases such as petal blight, powdery mildew, rust, and dollar spot, but their efficacy against Box Blight, which affects boxwood plants, is not explicitly stated
