    Dripless Caulking Gun CH200 Professional

    The Dripless Caulking Gun CH200 is a smooth hex rod cradle frame caulking gun designed for use with 10 oz (284 grams) cartridges. It features a steel half-barrel frame, a 10:1 thrust ratio, and is compatible with latex, acrylic, and silicone sealants.

    The smooth pressure rod requires less force to operate and is quieter than a traditional ratchet-style rod. Additionally, a built-in hook allows it to hang conveniently on a ladder. It also includes a seal puncture tool and spout cutter for easy cartridge opening without the need for a knife.

    How to Use

    Loading the caulk gun

    • Cut the nozzle of the sealant tube at a 45-degree angle using scissors or a knife. The closer the cut is to the nozzle, the smaller the bead of caulk will be.
    • Puncture the seal inside the nozzle with a long nail or built-in piercer.
    • Pull back the plunger on the Dripless Caulking Gun CH200 , insert the caulk tube, and push the rod back into place, similar to loading a weapon.

    Applying the caulk

    • Hold the gun at a 45-degree angle to the surface.
    • Apply even pressure on the trigger while moving the gun slowly and steadily. Maintaining a consistent pace is crucial for achieving even caulking.

    Preventing drips

    • Engage the stop mechanism on the caulk gun to prevent excess material from oozing out.
